A question that I was asked is "how will educators use technology in the future?" Its a tough question, because who knows what the future holds. One thing that is true for the future is that technology is not going away. It's definitely the way of the future.
I do think the future will be about access. Having the opportunity to learn anywhere at anytime just by the click of the mouse of the tap of a finger is already emerging. Teaching is going to become more social; possibly even moving to more online classes, even in secondary education. We may eventually teach to students who are across the country. What's also going to be the front most in future technology is the use of cloud based storage. It's already making its way in to schools, for example the school I teach at. It makes it very convenient to create a document and send it easily to every student in my class.
These are just a few things that are already in the works to becoming the way of the future. I'm sure there will be plenty more things that I can't even imagine.
